The HVAC Superintendent is a pivotal leadership role designed to enhance expertise and abilities consistently. In this position, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality work in a safe manner, adhering to production schedules while integrating UMC's Vision, Mission, and Core Values. You will serve as a mentor to crew members, setting the example for safety, quality, and productivity. Your day-to-day involves teaching the trade with patience, providing just-in-time feedback, and holding the team accountable to UMC standards. You will treat all employees and others with respect and dignity, leading by example in a dynamic construction environment.
