About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group. In this role, you will be the frontline expert ensuring the reliability and efficiency of commercial HVAC systems. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing performance issues through observation, testing, and setup, while troubleshooting complex commercial equipment to minimize downtime.

You will utilize a variety of power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments to perform precise service and repairs. Beyond technical execution, effective communication is key; you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates on service status while collaborating with management. You will also leverage company-provided technology, such as iPads, to accurately track service tasks, materials, and labor hours.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record in the state of application. We look for individuals who can follow a defined scope of work and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality.
