About the Role
As an HVAC Install Lead, you will be essential to our success, helping us make a difference for our customers every day. You will analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform high-quality HVAC installations. This role involves collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations. You will also maintain inventory, ensure trucks are properly equipped for each job, and document work accurately while providing guidance to apprentices. Staying updated with HVAC codes and standards is a key part of upholding professional conduct, alongside driving and maintaining company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
