You're an expert with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanicals, and if there's a maintenance problem with our building, you've got it covered! Your know-how and commitment to excellence will ensure that Verizon's building systems always operate at maximum efficiency. You like to be busy and well-organized to stay on top of things, and you take pride in a job well done because you know better matters!

In this worksite-based role, you'll work onsite at a defined location(s) in New York.

Requirements
- verifiedValid NY refrigeration license (Q-01)
- verifiedCertificate of fitness for fire standpipe, sprinkler, welding, oil burner or air compressor
- verifiedEPA Universal Technician Certification (40 CFR Part 82 Subpart H)
- verifiedValid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
- verifiedMedical evaluation
- verified3+ years relevant work experience or vocational/technical training
- verifiedPass Building Maintenance Qualification Test and Verizon Job Fit Test B
Nice to Have
Relevant vocational or technical training or 3 or more years of relevant work experience. Recent experience performing maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
