About the Role
The HVAC Engineer serves as a critical technical partner in the design, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-performance HVAC systems for data center and infrastructure facilities under FII projects. This role exists to ensure mission-critical reliability, optimize energy efficiency, and maintain strict compliance with global standards in complex operational environments.
In this position, you will navigate the full lifecycle of HVAC systems, from initial design and development for new facilities to the optimization of existing infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including electrical, controls, construction, and commissioning groups—to deliver projects on schedule. A significant portion of your day will involve leading commissioning activities ranging from L1 to L5, including Integrated System Testing (IST), while providing technical guidance and training to operations and maintenance teams to uphold operational excellence.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- verifiedHands-on experience in data center engineering, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5, IST)
- verifiedProven experience in HVAC system design, installation, testing, and maintenance
- verifiedStrong understanding of HVAC equipment, control systems, and international standards (ASHRAE, ISO, etc.)
- verifiedProficiency in HVAC design and analysis tools/software
- verifiedMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field
- verifiedProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. Experience working on global FII or large-scale infrastructure/data center projects. Strong knowledge of energy-efficient, sustainable, and balanced HVAC system design. Demonstrated project management capabilities with successful delivery of complex projects in fast-paced environments.
