We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a critical bridge between management and our workforce. This role is designed for a professional with a robust background in labor relations and generalist HR functions, tasked with navigating the complexities of union negotiations while fostering a healthy organizational culture.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding collective bargaining strategies and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. Beyond your role as a liaison for union representatives, you will oversee the full spectrum of daily HR operations, from talent management and performance coaching to benefits administration and organizational development. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain positive employee relations, drive engagement through DEI initiatives, and ensure data integrity across our HR systems.
