As a versatile member of the team, the Generalist acts as backup support for various positions within the Human Resources Department as needed. The role involves partnering with the HR Team to identify opportunities for improving departmental efficiency through technology and process improvements, while also supporting the operational and strategic needs of the department and institution through special projects.

Key Responsibilities
