We are seeking a forward-thinking, business-minded HR Generalist to support our Color & Additives Business. Based in Arizona, this role serves as a key partner to the business, supporting the execution of HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent outcomes.
You will balance day-to-day HR support with opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. This position requires regular on-site presence at two primary manufacturing sites to build strong relationships with leaders and employees. Additionally, you will partner across the broader region, requiring flexibility to travel in support of additional sites, business initiatives, and HR projects.
A critical component of this role is your ability to effectively support and engage with the workforce through fluency in both Spanish and English.
