You will serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices, acting as an approachable advocate who listens to team members and collaborates with leaders to take action. Additionally, you will deliver on all Human Resources processes to maximize engagement, support compliance policies to mitigate risk, and demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct and safety.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting and helping others, thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding environment, and is open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
