As a Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employees feel heard, well-cared-for, and appreciated. In this role, you will serve as a valuable resource to department managers and other employees, acting as the liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management. Your leadership will extend to fostering an inclusive and productive work environment, implementing employee programs and policies, and directing hospital recruitment and retention efforts. You will also oversee the workers' compensation program and assist with benefits administration, ensuring equitable treatment of all employees in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
