The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary HR presence on-site, acting as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while bridging the gap between the hospital and enterprise HR functions. This hands-on role is designed for a curious professional who values partnership and accountability, eager to influence hospital operations and HR strategy.
You will be close to the work, supporting the daily needs of caregivers and operations.
