As an HR Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between the Executive Director, department directors, and our community associates. This role is designed to support the operational heartbeat of our community, blending human resources administration with front-line hospitality. You will manage the full spectrum of HR services, from payroll processing and benefits administration to recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files. Beyond the office, you will act as a liaison for associates, helping them navigate HR concerns, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro area. Your day will involve a mix of detailed administrative work, compliance monitoring, and direct interaction with residents and families, requiring you to balance precision with a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
