As a Human Resources Consultant III in Employee and Labor Relations, you will serve as a strategic partner to HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders. This individual contributor role is designed to support the development and deployment of strategies, programs, policies, and procedures that drive organizational success. You will play a pivotal part in implementing organizational change efforts, managing employee and labor relations activities, and ensuring robust HR compliance across the company.
In this position, you will conduct HR investigation efforts, support the reporting of employee information and external benchmarks, and provide expert guidance on diverse HR specialties ranging from equal opportunity and disability management to compensation and benefits. Your work will involve interpreting company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations at both state and federal levels to resolve employee relations concerns and recommend effective solutions.
You will join a team dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and root causes. Your role requires high levels of ambiguity management and learning agility, allowing you to adapt to changing business strategies and provide creative, data-driven recommendations.
