In this role, you will provide critical human resources technical, analytical, and administrative support to the Executive Office Human Resource Division of the Department of State. You will serve the T Family Bureaus in Washington, DC, and collaborate closely with the HR Operations team in Charleston, SC, ensuring seamless operations across both locations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide technical, analytical, and administrative HR support to the Executive Office Human Resource Division
- check_circleProduce HR reports, presentation charts, and written products for management
- check_circleSupport employee relations, performance management, and position classification
- check_circleManage staffing support, recruiting, and onboarding processes for T Family Bureaus
- check_circleCoordinate training needs assessments, curriculum planning, and vendor research
- check_circleMaintain HR systems, data entry, and create staffing and hiring files
- check_circleConduct workforce planning, analysis, and organizational development activities
- check_circleInterface with HRO move coordinators to coordinate employee project and logistical needs
- check_circleCoordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and distribute materials to attendees
- check_circleEnsure compliance with HR regulations including Title 5, FAH, and FAM
Requirements
- verifiedActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
- verifiedMinimum 3 years executive level support experience
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience performing analysis of programs and operations
