Candidates must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance to begin. Applications are reviewed based on qualifications including ten years of experience in acquisition work, a Master's degree from an accredited institution, and proficiency in FAR-based acquisition approaches. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate with senior Department of Defense officials, Congressional members, and industry leaders.
