About the Role

Based out of our Virginia Beach, VA Distribution Center, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership while providing hands-on operational support across multiple locations. This role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can effectively balance high-level HR strategy with the day-to-day needs of a fast-paced distribution environment.

In this position, you will be the primary liaison for employee relations, investigations, and compliance, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace. You will guide managers through performance management and coaching, while also managing complex administrative functions such as workers' compensation, leave administration, and temporary employee conversions. The ideal candidate thrives on fostering an inclusive culture, driving engagement through stay interviews, and utilizing data to inform workforce planning and retention strategies.

Requirements
