Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering closely with managers and employees to support employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and department managers, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. You will provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution. The role involves driving workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives while collaborating with leadership on talent acquisition strategies.
You will be instrumental in driving employee engagement efforts and supporting initiatives that strengthen culture and retention. As a key advisor, you will guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The role requires analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making, as well as collaborating on change management initiatives and process improvements.
