The HR Coordinator/Generalist plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources Manager in the daily operations of the HR Department. This position is essential for maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and employment regulations.
With a strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and communication, you will foster an environment where staff can thrive. Your work directly contributes to the clinic's mission by managing the employee lifecycle—from pre-hire and onboarding to benefits coordination and offboarding. You will be the point of contact for employees navigating life events, questions, and administrative needs, ensuring a seamless experience across all levels of the organization.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Olathe, Colorado. We offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to select either a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule. The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and may involve varied hours to meet job requirements. You will also be expected to travel to clinic locations, meetings, and trainings outside of the service area.

Associate's degree or higher. Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources (or 2 years of prior experience within River Valley). Minimum one year of experience working in an ambulatory clinic or healthcare setting. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR systems and databases. Bilingual in Spanish.
Skills: Adp, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Spanish.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
