The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a vital link between operations leadership and our workforce, supporting day-to-day HR operations across assigned locations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is designed to be a trusted advisor who ensures the consistent application of company policies while addressing employee concerns with sound judgment and discretion.
In this position, you will partner closely with operations leaders to foster a professional and respectful work environment. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex employee relations matters, managing workers' compensation claims from initial report to resolution, and administering leave programs such as FMLA and ADA. You will act as a coach to managers, guiding them through performance issues, disciplinary processes, and attendance management to maintain organizational integrity.
Success in this role requires the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Whether working in the office, on the warehouse floor, or remotely, you will be the go-to contact for HR-related matters, ensuring that our people operations run smoothly and compliantly.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. While standard business hours apply, flexibility is required to meet operational needs. The role may involve travel between assigned locations and a mix of office, warehouse, and remote work settings depending on the business requirements at any given time.
