About the Role
We are seeking qualified inspectors to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections specifically for senior living and multifamily housing properties. This is not a general home inspector position; we are looking for candidates with specific experience in HUD, multifamily, or comparable inspection environments.
In this role, you will schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation projects under OHP guidelines. You will evaluate units and properties for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards, completing detailed inspection reports and documentation in accordance with HUD, OHP, and company requirements. A key part of your day involves communicating findings clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
Hiring Process
We are currently hiring 10 part-time and 2 full-time candidates. If you are an experienced HUD Inspector, Multifamily Housing Inspector, Building/Code Inspector, REAC/NSPIRE Inspector, or a Government/Municipal Inspector with relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
