About the Role

As a Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager (internally known as the Hub Maintenance Manager), you will lead the Health, Safety, and Welfare of technicians, planners, and inventory coordinators. Based in either Charlotte, NC, or Sumter, SC, you will report to the Director of Fleet Operations and work closely with Area Managers to support business needs.

In this leadership position, you will implement company-wide maintenance strategies, including preventative maintenance schedules, campaigns, recalls, diagnostics, and equipment specifications. Your day-to-day involves managing all aspects of the maintenance hub and spoke sites, ensuring maximum uptime for fleet assets, and evaluating equipment for replacement or refurbishment. You will foster a collaborative climate, communicate clear expectations, and drive continuous improvements through data analysis and project initiation. This role requires 50% travel to support business operations across the region.
