The Shared Service Project Manager serves as a strategic leadership position within the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA), specifically within the MUSC Health Human Resources department. This role is pivotal in driving the centralization and optimization of the HR business function across the organization. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise-wide human resources initiatives within a healthcare setting, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and cost reduction within a shared service model.
In this capacity, you will lead high-impact HR projects, including organizational restructuring and culture transformation initiatives. Your work will involve managing cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements that standardize workflows and leverage tools like ERP systems.
