About the Role

The Helena office is hiring an HR Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the state director and VP's, act as a human resources liaison, and conduct designated trainings. This role is central to ensuring our office operations run smoothly while supporting our team members and clients.

  • check_circleProcess employment paperwork including new hires, separations, and compliance documents
  • check_circleCommunicate staffing needs with management and Talent Acquisition
  • check_circleConduct safety drills, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions
  • check_circleAssist with reports, data entry, and unemployment claims as needed
  • check_circleEnsure workplace safety standards are met and maintain regular attendance
  • check_circleMaintain client and employee files in electronic and hard copy formats
