This is a robust, 100% onsite, full-time contract-to-hire role designed to oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions. The position encompasses Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Performance Management, and Leadership Development.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, innovative, and efficient leader with a proven track record of growing effective HR divisions. You will be expected to lead HR operations with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries, working independently to strategically innovate workflows and processes. Strong knowledge of Washington state HR policies and procedures is essential.
