About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will partner closely with plant leadership and employees to support staffing, compliance, payroll support, and workforce programs. You will play an important role in helping maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged hourly workforce through responsive service, accurate recordkeeping, and hands-on HR support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this position, you serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, resolving workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining personnel files, and applying HR policies consistently across the site. You will also support site safety policies and regulatory compliance, ensuring all manufacturing safety programs are followed.
