Our Billings, Montana office is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This on-site role serves as a vital resource for employees and managers across key functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, onboarding, and benefits. The position is designed to assist in supporting the employee lifecycle and contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while applying sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality. You will partner with leadership to foster a respectful, inclusive environment and act as a trusted advisor on workplace matters.
