As an HR Generalist based in Franklin, Ohio, you will serve as a vital link between employees and leadership, supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This on-site role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
You will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with talent and performance initiatives. Your work ensures that all operations adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a diverse workforce. You will collaborate closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, engaging with employees at all levels to address workforce and engagement needs. The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
