As an HR Generalist based in Franklin, Ohio, you will serve as a vital link between employees and leadership, supporting day-to-day human resources operations. You will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with talent and performance initiatives. Your work ensures that all operations adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a diverse workforce.
