This office-based role serves as a central hub for HR Operations, supporting employees and leaders across multiple business lines. The position exists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability in core HR processes while driving continuous improvement through data and project coordination.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day execution of HR operations, handling sensitive employee relations cases and maintaining rigorous documentation standards. You will act as a key partner to the HR team, payroll, and external stakeholders, facilitating training sessions to enhance manager and employee capabilities. The role requires balancing hands-on administrative workflows with strategic initiatives, such as developing dashboards to inform decision-making and leading system enhancements.
