About the Role
We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting our diverse workforce and ensuring seamless HR operations across multiple locations and states. The position involves carrying out day-to-day responsibilities that include providing consultation and support to employees regarding inquiries and policy-related questions, managing personnel files, and assisting with leave documentation and reporting.
You will play a key part in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits enrollment to offboarding and employment verifications. The role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. While the position is primarily remote, candidates must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
