The Sr. Data Analytics & Business Insights Manager leads the development of enterprise analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for defining KPI frameworks, delivering executive insights, developing predictive models, and ensuring the integrity and consistency of business metrics across the organization.
You will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making. This position owns the business logic layer of enterprise analytics, ensuring a single source of truth for company metrics while driving advanced analytics that support commercial growth.
This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site and full time.
