As the first point of contact, you will manage the front-desk experience, welcoming employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining an organized reception area stocked with necessary forms and materials. Your day involves coordinating onboarding logistics, from preparing orientation binders and arranging lunches to setting up weekly sessions. You will also handle badge-related activities for staff and vendors, ensuring all certifications and records remain current. Beyond administrative tasks like scanning and filing personnel documents, you will monitor training paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy. Additionally, you will support internal communications by posting employment opportunities and announcements, while assisting with employee recognition efforts and ad-hoc HR projects.
