This role supports leaders and employees across key HR functions—with a primary focus on recruiting talent that supports LDG's federal government contracts and projects. These roles often require specialized skills, experience working in regulated environments, and the ability to contribute to mission-critical infrastructure and public sector initiatives.
In addition, this position provides day-to-day HR support for assigned offices, serving as a trusted resource for leaders and employees. You'll work closely with HR Leadership and a collaborative HR team to deliver an exceptional employee experience while building the talent pipeline that drives LDG's continued growth. Your work will have a direct impact—supporting both our people and the projects that make a difference.
