The Housing Supervisor serves as a critical leader within SEI's Housing Programs, dedicated to the direct supervision, coaching, and operational oversight of Housing Coordinators. This position exists to ensure the consistent implementation of housing program systems, case management practices, and compliance standards across all placement and retention activities.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Housing Program Manager to maintain high-quality service delivery. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of accountability and growth, supporting staff in effectively utilizing SEI's housing frameworks, tools, and participant planning systems. You will champion trauma-informed, participant-centered, and Assertive Engagement service delivery practices, ensuring that both staff and participants thrive within a structured yet supportive environment.
Reporting directly to the Housing Program Manager, you will act as the bridge between leadership strategy and frontline execution, identifying operational gaps and driving continuous improvement in workflow and service consistency.

Previous supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience. Basic understanding of AI-assisted tools, digital workflow systems, and technology-supported administrative processes. Experience with HMIS/WellSky, Coordinated Access, Housing First, Assertive Engagement, or similar housing program models. Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.
