About the Role

As a Housekeeping Associate at NOBU Hotels, you play a vital role in maintaining the pristine environment that defines our guest experience. Your mission is to ensure every guest corridor, public area, and private suite meets the rigorous cleanliness standards established by the NOBU brand. You will be the eyes and ears of the floor, anticipating guest needs and responding with prompt, courteous service throughout the day and night.

In this role, you will manage the daily upkeep of assigned areas, from dusting woodwork and polishing brass to ensuring floor closets are fully stocked and organized. A key part of your day involves maintaining the Mini Bar, including daily inventory checks and posting charges. You will also handle guest requests ranging from shoe shines to the delivery of laundry and dry cleaning, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

The Team Environment

Our team operates with a shared commitment to safety, security, and environmental responsibility. You will work fluidly across shifts, collaborating with Floor Supervisors and the Housekeeping office to prioritize tasks and maintain seamless operations. We value colleagues who are customer-service oriented, possess excellent hospitality skills, and maintain a friendly, positive attitude toward guests, vendors, and fellow team members.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior housekeeping experience and customer service skills within a four-star hotel brand are preferred. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to comprehend and speak English effectively, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
