About the Role

As a Housekeeping Utility Worker, you will be the backbone of our community's cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our building areas, floors, and surfaces. Your work ensures that our residents and guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment.

In this role, you will operate specialized equipment to maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing, as well as care for carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, and vacuuming. You will also set up rooms for events, manage waste disposal, and assist with the movement of heavy objects. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a national network as we open new communities and expand our existing ones.
