As a Housekeeping Utility Worker, you will be the backbone of our community's daily operations. You will be responsible for cleaning building areas, floors, and surfaces, setting up rooms for events, and managing waste removal. This role is essential to ensuring that Wind Crest remains a pristine and welcoming home for our residents.
Your day will involve operating specialized equipment to maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing, as well as caring for carpeted surfaces via extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming. You will utilize work orders to ensure proper room and furniture setups, assist with the movement and delivery of heavy objects, and ensure the proper handling and disposal of waste and recycling. No travel is required for this position, allowing you to focus entirely on your dedicated team and the community.
