About the Role

Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and support to the housekeeping staff under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager. Your day will involve scheduling and supervising daily work assignments, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, and completing work orders according to a detailed schedule. You will also play a key role in training, mentoring, and coaching new employees, while assisting with set-ups that may require moving furniture. Because all our clients live within our community, this position offers the unique benefit of no travel involved.
