About the Role

This seasonal position supports the Housekeeping & Laundry operations at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our luxury properties by ensuring the seamless flow of linens and supplies throughout the resort. Your day will involve transporting clean laundry from the laundry room to storage areas on each floor, replenishing linen rooms based on distribution needs, and maintaining the organization of supply closets and uniform rooms.

Beyond logistics, you will be the eyes and ears for property maintenance, identifying and reporting any issues in public areas or guest rooms. You will also be a vital part of the guest experience, welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as you will be moving, lifting, and manipulating objects while navigating various spaces within the resort.

Hiring Process & Application

This is a seasonal opportunity with two specific windows: Summer (June 1 - August 30) and Winter (December 15 - January 5). The position is part-time and located on-site at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui in Hawaii.
