As a Houseperson, you play a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping team to maintain the pristine cleanliness of our hotel property and guest rooms. Your work ensures that every guest experience is seamless, from the delivery of requested items to the deep cleaning of corridors and amenities.
The Role
In this position, you will assist the Housekeeper by transporting linens, cleaning corridors and high-touch areas, and delivering guest requests such as cribs and air mattresses. You will utilize specialized equipment to deep clean balconies and bathrooms, restock linen rooms, and manage trash and recycling throughout the resort. This role requires a proactive attitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to interact enthusiastically with guests and Cast members while upholding Aulani's Core Values.
