As part of the Disney team, you will be an essential member of the Housekeeping department, dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and property. This role is designed to support the Housekeeper in ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable.
As a Houseperson, you are the backbone of our housekeeping operations. Your day involves supporting the Housekeeper in maintaining the pristine condition of all hotel property guest rooms. You will assist with the delivery of guest items and requests, ensuring that every need is met with enthusiasm and efficiency. From transporting linens and cleaning corridors to utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning balconies and bathrooms, your work directly contributes to the resort's reputation for excellence.
You will be expected to be a role model for The Five Keys and Aulani Core Values, delivering a positive and proactive attitude regardless of the task at hand. Whether you are cleaning high-touch areas, restocking linen rooms, or driving small powered equipment, your attention to safety and guest interaction is vital.

Previous experience cleaning office buildings, hospitals, or restaurants. Knowledgeable about the Resort and surrounding area. Basic computer knowledge. Full availability seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands.
