As a Houseperson, you play a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping team to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas. This position is essential to ensuring every guest and Cast Member experiences the highest standards of service and care.

About the Role

In this role, you will partner closely with the Housekeeper to uphold the pristine condition of the resort. Your day-to-day activities involve transporting linens, deep cleaning corridors and elevators, and delivering guest requests with enthusiasm. You will utilize specialized equipment to maintain guest room balconies and bathrooms, ensuring that every space reflects the magic of Disney. A key part of your mission is to be a proactive role model, delivering The Five Keys and Aulani Core Values while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Schedule and Availability

Full-Time: Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Part-Time: Must be available for a minimum of three full days, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). During training, availability may extend up to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

verifiedAbility to read, write and speak English
verifiedProficient in use of mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
verifiedAbility to drive small powered equipment (golf cart type vehicles, ride-on sweeper)
verifiedFull availability seven (7) days per week including nights, weekends and holidays (preferred)
verifiedPrevious experience in hospitality or tourism role on Hawaiian Islands (preferred)
verifiedPrevious experience cleaning office buildings, hospitals, restaurants (preferred)
verifiedBasic computer knowledge (preferred)
