About the Role

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in the daily upkeep of a shopping mall or department store. Working under the direction of a local Site Manager, you will function both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role is designed for reliable individuals who take pride in their work and can adapt to the dynamic rhythm of a retail environment.

Your day will vary depending on the time of day. Before or after mall and store hours, you will perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing various surfaces such as vinyl, stone, and carpet. You may also operate specialized equipment like diesel-fired hot water pressure washers for sidewalks or manage trash and cardboard compactors. During open hours, your focus shifts to patrol cleaning: spotting and addressing spills, removing gum from floors, restocking restrooms, and ensuring common areas remain tidy for shoppers and staff.
