About the Role
Join our Housekeeping Department to ensure every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. As a Housekeeper, you are the backbone of our hotel's operations, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas. Your role is vital in upholding our company's Mission, Values, and Vision while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with a thorough understanding of our operating procedures and room standards. You will systematically clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenishing supplies and amenities to ensure they are ready for sale. This involves dusting and cleaning all furnishings, from televisions and desks to window ledges and wall lamps, while maintaining your cleaning cart in a safe and organized manner.
Beyond cleaning, you will be the first point of contact for guest needs. You are expected to handle guest requests promptly, resolve complaints effectively, and promote goodwill through courtesy and friendliness. You will also inspect rooms for any malfunctions or damage, reporting issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately. Whether performing deep cleans, managing laundry, or cleaning public areas, your attention to detail and organization will ensure rooms are prepared within specified timeframes.
