About the Role
Join our Housekeeping Department to ensure every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. As a Housekeeper, you are the backbone of our hotel's operations, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas. Your role is vital in upholding our company's Mission, Values, and Vision while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
What to Expect
In this position, you will work systematically to clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenish supplies, and inspect rooms for readiness. Your day involves dusting and cleaning all furnishings, from televisions and desks to window ledges and wall lamps, ensuring every detail meets our strict standards. You will also maintain your cleaning cart in an organized and presentable fashion, manage laundry tasks, and assist with public area cleaning.
Beyond cleaning, you will be the first point of contact for guest needs. You are expected to handle guest requests and complaints effectively, promoting goodwill through courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. Discretion is key; you must respect guest privacy while ensuring prompt servicing. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any room malfunctions or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
