This is a long-term, consistent, full-time, year-round day job with Fort Bend's premier housecleaning service. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, possess a great personality and work ethic, and are ready for a role that functions like a physical fitness program. Our work is physical and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
Unlike retail or fast food, our schedule is designed for work-life balance: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. We pay for your travel time between houses and offer mileage reimbursement. We are an internal promotion company; 100% of our leadership roles, including Team Leaders, Trainers, and Quality Inspectors, are filled from within our team.
