- check_circleDust mop lobby floors twice daily and polish elevator railings
- check_circleSpot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome fixtures
- check_circleRemove smudges and marks from walls, doors, and wall coverings
- check_circleAssist building Engineer with daily tasks as directed
- check_circleClean ashtrays, sand urns, and empty exterior trash receptacles
- check_circleSweep stairwells, landings, and building entrances
- check_circleReport maintenance issues and solicitors to the Management Office
