About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you are the guardian of our guest experience. Your primary responsibility is to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of spotless cleanliness. This role is dynamic and collaborative; you will work closely with your team to pitch in on various tasks, from stocking room supplies and attending morning stand-ups to assisting with deep cleaning projects and public space maintenance.

In this position, you will not only maintain the physical environment but also embody our culture of hospitality. You are expected to greet every guest with a smile and use their name whenever possible, even while cleaning. Your day involves ensuring operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy, maintaining a flawless uniform, and communicating clearly with colleagues to facilitate smooth shift handovers. Whether handling challenging guest situations with urgency or supporting hotel events, your "Can-Do" attitude is essential to our success.
