About the Role

The Hourly Shift Supervisor serves as the Shift Leader, acting as a vital partner to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is dedicated to delivering sales and profit results by balancing profitability, guest experience, people development, and operational excellence. You will operate under the direction of the RGM while directly managing a shift of Team Members, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day in the Life

Your day is defined by leading by example. You will set the tone for the shift by working hard to implement the shift plan and drive operational results. From the moment you clock in, you are responsible for directing the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products, ensuring prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.

You will motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations, fostering an environment of accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings. Beyond the front lines, you will provide coaching and feedback to increase the team's capabilities and raise overall restaurant performance. You will also maintain strict financial controls by following cash procedures, managing inventory through daily and weekly inspections, and receiving truck orders. When necessary, you will step in to perform the duties of a Team Member to support the team's needs.
