We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Auditor for our Fairfield Inn & Suites in Ames, IA. This vital overnight role ensures the accuracy of hotel accounting procedures and contributes to a smooth operation. You will work independently to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere while prioritizing guest safety and security.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys a safe stay. You will engage with Marriott Bonvoy members, enroll new members, and promote program benefits. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with guests, showcasing in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, features, and local area attractions.
