About the Role

As the Night Auditor at Fairfield Inn & Suites in York, Nebraska, you own the overnight operation. Your primary mission is to keep the property secure, balanced, and guest-ready for the next day. This role serves as the critical bridge between the day's activities and the morning team, ensuring a seamless transition for both guests and staff.

You will handle front desk responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism, resolving guest issues independently while the hotel is quiet. Beyond guest service, you are responsible for the financial integrity of the property, completing nightly audits, reconciling cash and credit card transactions, and preparing daily reports for management. Your work sets the stage for the morning team's success, from maintaining a clean and organized lobby to preparing the breakfast area.

What to Expect

This is a full-time or part-time position working the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role requires a high degree of reliability and the ability to stay alert and productive while working with minimal supervision. You will conduct property walks to ensure safety standards are met and communicate clear shift notes to ensure the morning team is informed.
